Benson Viscometers Auto-sampling blood plasma from sealed vials significantly reduces the biohazard risks to personnel in a clinical laboratory environment. The Benson Plasma Viscometer has a capacity of 200 samples automatically processed at 60 tests per hour providing a true walk away capability. A stat facility allows urgent samples to be tested immediately.
The viscometer and its Windows PC controller can operate stand alone or with a network. Automated bar code reading directly from a vial, at the time of test, avoids human error during data recording and reduces operator time at station. Bench mounted with a footprint of 570 mm deep and 545 mm wide, the viscometer takes up a minimum of valuable laboratory space.
