Serosep offer customer support to all customers worldwide. Serosep understand how important it is to have this support in place and having a highly skilled team allows us to provide this service.

Training is provided at all levels and is available when required. When EntericBio is installed in a laboratory a member of the Serosep team is on site for full training and implementation. If at any stage after implementation the user feels additional training is required for new or existing members of staff, Serosep are available to provide this service.
