Continuous Improvement Coordinator
Annacotty, Co Lmerick

Serosep Ltd. currently are recruiting a Continuous Improvement Coordinator on a 12-month fixed term contract.  The successful candidate will work onsite in our Limerick Facility, playing a crucial part of ensuring efficiency across various areas of our business.

Main Duties:

  • Responsible for carrying out value stream mapping across the operation
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify opportunities for product/process improvements
  • Support initiatives aimed at enhancing operational processes and overall efficiency
  • Analyse data and processes to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Contribute to process optimization and efficiency enhancement efforts
  • Communicate progress to operational team on a frequent basis
  • Present project updates to relevant stakeholders
  • Adhere to all quality procedures, policies and health and safety guidelines


Essential Criteria:

  • Green Belt -Six Sigma Qualification
  • At least two years’ experience in a similar role (in a regulated environment)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work under own initiative and also as part of a team
  • Good planning and organizational skills


Desirable Criteria:

  • Working knowledge of quality systems
