HR Administrator

Job Summary:

Serosep Ltd. have a requirement for a HR Administrator. This person will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle including recruitment, induction, training and employee engagement.  This is a full time (36.5 hrs), permanent position.


Main Duties:

  • Assist with recruitment, screening, interviewing and induction
  • Arrange all new hire paperwork, pre-employment medicals and any mandatory training
  • Schedule any training required, ensuring that compulsory training is completed in a timely manner
  • Organise training plans for all co-op/transition year students
  • Attend Grad Fairs and career talks
  • Assist in the organization of employee events, including team building, sports and social and any health and wellness events
  • Keep Serosep Staff App updated and current


Essential Criteria:

  • Third level qualification in Business, HR or similar / or 2 years’ experience in a busy admin role
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under own initiative
  • Excellent team player and multi-tasker
  • Full clean driver’s licence
