On Friday 14th November, Serosep Ltd received the award for the most family friendly SME in Ireland out of over 600 applicants in that category.
Serosep the company has grown significantly to more than 71 employees from the region and doubling its turnover in the last 5 years. We have identified that one of our key success factors is our family centric, caring and nurturing approach to both its customers and employees and is in no doubt as to the contribution this approach has had to our success.
We received this award because we recognise that it is essential to have a happy engaged workforce. The company acknowledges that it is difficult to build a successful career whilst trying to maintain a stable healthy family life and all the commitments that come with raising a family. It is widely known that without a supportive network around you this delicate balance between work and home can be impossible to attain without affecting one’s health. Therefore, we endeavour to provide the support that is necessary to allow our workforce to find this happy medium by providing flexible working arrangements
